Afin de remettre \u201cles pendules \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure,\u201d vous&nbsp; allez revenir vers une alimentation beaucoup plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant quelque temps les glaces, les sodas, les fritures, l\u2019alcool etc .
