L\u00e0 aussi le choix est large ! Salade de carottes, tomates, betteraves, concombre, poivrons..tous les l\u00e9gumes du soleil !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais certaines personnes ne peuvent pas manger de crudit\u00e9s&nbsp; car cela leurs donnent des ballonnements voire des crampes abdominales tr\u00e8s fortes. C\u2019est peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 une flore intestinale fragile. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter ce type de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les l\u00e9gumes cuits.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/NYHw9l5MEoAMMuuIk5wQXja3-81j53SpmEdbHAcw-IqS3So_zX8EOQSWit3B_fD6DVnGB3qB5iIUfGdxSUR57_nbAgEl4WQHQ1-_oH-mX6tDOwiwk0fqyDUOeG5yNgdcTaRw4cgmOAO_9UFijA\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Il est important de rajouter des f\u00e9culents ou bien des l\u00e9gumes secs. En effet, si vous vous contentez uniquement de salades et de l\u00e9gumes, vous risquez de cr\u00e9er des carences et des fringales. Certes elles sont riches en vitamines et min\u00e9raux mais ce n\u2019est pas suffisants pour votre organisme. Vous avez besoin de lipides et de prot\u00e9ines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons les lentilles par exemple. Elle est \u00ab\u00a0le\u00a0\u00bb l\u00e9gume sec qui apporte le moins de glucides fermentescibles dans l&rsquo;intestin et par cons\u00e9quent le plus digeste.
