C\u2019est de saison, c\u2019est color\u00e9 c\u2019est velout\u00e9, \u00e9pic\u00e9 que dire d\u2019autre sinon que c\u2019est LE potage de pr\u00e9dilection pendant cette saison hivernale.&nbsp; Et en plus, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s vite pr\u00eat. On peut m\u00eame si on le souhaite, couper son potiron en d\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avance et le mettre au cong\u00e9lateur. Le jour voulu, on n\u2019aura qu\u2019\u00e0 sortir ses cubes de courge pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette. C\u2019est une recette ultra simple,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>750 g \u00e0 1 k de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.papillesetpupilles.fr\/tag\/potiron\/\"><strong>potiron<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>40 cl de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.papillesetpupilles.fr\/tag\/lait\/\"><strong>lait<\/strong><\/a> demi \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 (facultatif)<\/li><li>1 cube de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 \u00e9chalote<\/li><li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li><li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.papillesetpupilles.fr\/2018\/11\/noix-de-muscade.html\/\">noix de muscade<\/a><\/li><li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 curcuma&nbsp;<\/li><li>une pinc\u00e9e de gingembre en&nbsp; poudre&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 bouquet de coriandre&nbsp;<\/li><li>sel<\/li><li>poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Epluchez le potiron. Lavez-le et coupez-le en cubes grossiers d\u2019environ 3 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Dans une cocotte, versez 2 filets d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et faites revenir les&nbsp; morceaux de potiron, ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote, l&rsquo;ail ainsi que toutes les \u00e9pices et le&nbsp; cube de bouillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite versez un litre d&rsquo;eau bouillante pour ne pas couper la cuisson en cours. Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant une vingtaine de minutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, ajoutez quelques brins de coriandre fra\u00eeche si vous aimez ce go\u00fbt allez y franchement, elle est riche en vitamine C.&nbsp; Pour finir, passez au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Moulinex-LM420510-Blendforce-Blender-Rouge\/dp\/B07B46ZFRQ\/\">blender<\/a> ou mixez \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mixeur plongeant. Versez dans les bols et saupoudrez de noix de muscade, d\u00e9corez d\u2019une feuille de coriandre et servez imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les bienfaits&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Compos\u00e9 \u00e0 95% d&rsquo;eau, le potiron est faiblement calorique (20 kcal pour 100 g). Ce partenaire id\u00e9al des r\u00e9gimes est par ailleurs tr\u00e8s efficace dans <\/em><strong><em>la pr\u00e9vention des calculs r\u00e9naux<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tr\u00e8s riches en eau comme tous les autres l\u00e9gumes de la famille des cucurbitac\u00e9es, le <\/em><strong><em>potiron<\/em><\/strong><em> (la citrouille) et le <\/em><strong><em>potimarron<\/em><\/strong><em> sont riches en pro-<\/em><strong><em>vitamine<\/em><\/strong><em> A ou b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne. Cette <\/em><strong><em>vitamine<\/em><\/strong><em> est utile au m\u00e9tabolisme du fer, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des tissus, \u00e0 la vision nocturne, au syst\u00e8me immunitaire et \u00e0 la croissance.<\/em><br><em>Riche en potassium (323 mg pour 100 g), il est excellent pour la r\u00e9gulation de la pression art\u00e9rielle et la transmission de l&rsquo;influx nerveux au cerveau. En raison de sa faible teneur en sodium, il s&rsquo;int\u00e8gre parfaitement dans un r\u00e9gime pauvre en sel.
