Faites chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen le temps de faire fondre le chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite incorporez les Chia et remuez le temps que la consistance s&rsquo;\u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite versez le contenu dans des ramequins ou verrines selon votre choix. Vous pouvez le d\u00e9guster chaud ou froid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un dessert \u00e0 d\u00e9guster sans la moindre culpabilit\u00e9. &nbsp;Naturellement tr\u00e8s riches en nutriments, les graines de chia sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un \u00ab <strong>super aliment<\/strong> \u00bb. Elles sont particuli\u00e8rement riches en lipides (30,7 g pour 100 g), dont une part importante d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laboratoire-lescuyer.com\/nos-complements-alimentaires\/omega-3\"><strong>acides gras om\u00e9ga 3<\/strong><\/a>, et en <strong>fibres alimentaires<\/strong> (34,4 g pour 100 g).
