Les super-aliments sant\u00e9, sont en fait des&nbsp; <\/font><\/font><strong><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">aliments naturels<\/font><\/font><\/strong><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> qui sont les plus concentr\u00e9s en nutriments, en vitamines, en min\u00e9raux et en anti-oxydants et qui, par cons\u00e9quent, vont avoir un plus grand int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la sant\u00e9. En effet, ils sont indispensables pour notre organisme.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&nbsp;S&rsquo;ils existent pour la plupart depuis l&rsquo;Antiquit\u00e9, ils sont sous le feu des projecteurs que depuis une dizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es . Pourquoi ?? certainement apr\u00e8s tant d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es tous ces produits industriels ont fini par polluer tant notre sant\u00e9 que notre plan\u00e8te. Alors nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de retourner aux sources, aux produits naturels.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Revenons sur les super aliments de l&rsquo;hiver, les rhumes, grippes, gastro ent\u00e9rites, angines etc. seront en rendez-vous cet hiver alors une petite pr\u00e9vention alimentaire pour passer cette saison en toute qui\u00e9tude.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Les baies de goji<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"101\" height=\"101\" src=\"\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les baies de goji sont de petites baies rouges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es ou r\u00e9duites sous forme de jus ayant une forte teneur en antioxydants. Naturellement riches en vitamine C, elles boostent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, prot\u00e8gent le foie et les reins. Si votre porte<\/font><\/font>&#8211;<font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">feuille vous le permet oui leurs prix est un peu \u00e9lev\u00e9, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les baies s\u00e9ch\u00e9es car le jus peut cacher du sucre donc aucune utilit\u00e9.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les agrumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les agrumes sont sources de vitamine C, celle-ci pr\u00e9munit des maladies infectieuses qui sont l\u00e9gion durant la p\u00e9riode hivernale. Un pamplemousse chaque matin aide \u00e0 faire le plein de vitamines. <\/font><\/font>Il <font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par l&rsquo;orange, la cl\u00e9mentine, ou le citron.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Les l\u00e9gumes verts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les l\u00e9gumes verts \u00e0 feuilles sont une excellente source de vitamine B9 (acide folique). La vitamine B9 au bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire participe et emp\u00eache l&rsquo;an\u00e9mie, se traduisant notamment par une sensation de grande fatigue. \u00c9pinards, brocoli, choux de bruxelles ou salade sont donc \u00e0 mettre au menu. N&rsquo;oubliez pas non plus les l\u00e9gumes ferment\u00e9s ils sont excellents pour notre sant\u00e9. Pour les plus courageux vous pouvez les pr\u00e9parer, pour les moins courageux vous pouvez les acheter dans les magasins, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral aux rayons produits du monde <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les fruits de mer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les fruits de mer sont riches en sels min\u00e9raux et en fer, ou les femmes sont souvent carenc\u00e9es en fer, ce qui se traduit par une fatigue permanente, d&rsquo;autant plus ressentie en hiver.
