Mais pour autant il existe des moments plus favorables pour les consommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple, il est plut\u00f4t favorable de consommer des aliments riches en sucre dans la journ\u00e9e que le soir. Car en les consommant le soir vous les stockez sous forme de graisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fruits, l\u00e9gumes, l\u00e9gumineuses, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, farines compl\u00e8tes, viandes, poissons sont les mantras quasi absolus. En fait c\u2019est juste une nourriture qui de nos jours est dite \u00ab&nbsp;SAINE&nbsp;\u00bb, car les fast-foods, ainsi que les industriels sont passez par l\u00e0 et ont chang\u00e9s la donne. Trop de sucre, trop de sel, des additifs et colorants \u00e0 rallonge, pour conclure rien de bien sain au final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc pour retrouver un \u00e9quilibre alimentaire c\u2019est privil\u00e9gier les fruits et l\u00e9gumes, \u00e9viter les plats industriels et les fast-foods, et diminuer les sucres raffin\u00e9s. Et un point tout aussi important que l\u2019alimentation solide c\u2019est l\u2019hydratation&nbsp;! donc boire beaucoup d\u2019eau, de tisanes\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but \u00e9tant d\u2019apporter tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments indispensables par la voie d\u2019une nutrition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e afin de contribuer \u00e0 une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie et ainsi garder une forme optimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien entendu ce sujet m\u00e9rite amplement une explication plus approfondie mais pour commencer il est n\u00e9cessaire de connaitre les bases. Dans son cas certains fruits lui sont interdit comme le raisin noir et blanc, la banane ou la cerise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En effet ces fruits ont une grade teneur en sucre. Donc malgr\u00e9 la faite qu\u2019ils soient bon pour notre sant\u00e9, certaines personnes doivent les retirer de leurs r\u00e9gimes alimentaires. Car oui c\u2019est bien dans un cas pr\u00e9cis qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un r\u00e9gime alimentaire. Lorsque certains aliments sont interdits malgr\u00e9 tous les bienfaits dont ils font preuves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons aussi un autre exemple, certains sportifs de haut niveau doivent perdre du poids afin de pouvoir participer aux comp\u00e9titions processus que l\u2019on appelle la s\u00e8che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce type de cas aussi il s\u2019agit de di\u00e8te. Car le but est de perdre du poids donc diminuer les apports caloriques et hydriques, il s\u2019agit surtout de diminuer la part de glucides.
